Join Staffmark’s Carson team as an In House Temporary Recruiting Manager onsite. This role supports human resources services tied to hiring, placement, discipline, and termination, while helping drive business growth with recruiting trend analysis. Responsibilities
Use human resources skills to source, hire, and place employees who align with customers’ needs.
Analyze market trends to inform recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information for employee selection.
Serve as a liaison between the customer and employees, investigating and documenting matters that require intervention.
Research new business opportunities and identify additional services for current customers.
Enhance the company’s presence in the external community by building and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
Requirements
2-3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources.
Outstanding customer service with strong customer-service orientation.
Ethical conduct , thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills , along with strong time management and proven organizational skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment.
Good skills in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
