Job description
The Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) Zone Director at Boehringer Ingelheim leads the US ILD sales organization in Ridgefield. You will recruit, develop and coach a 7-10 person team, align with cross-functional partners, and drive achievement of sales and market share goals.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of pharma experience, with a track record in sales leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning. Travel is required to support field activities and regional priorities.
