Illinois Facility Is Seeking a Locums Family Practice Physician
Monday – Saturday, 7:30am – 5:30pm or 7:30am – 4:30pm
22 – 26 scheduled patients per day
Clinic setting
All ages, newborn to 99 years
Admin time: 30 minutes per 4 hours worked
Women's health provider onsite
