PurposeCare is seeking an Area Director of Operations to oversee Home Health and Home Care operations across Illinois. This role focuses on improving billing readiness, reducing aged unbilled revenue, and strengthening authorization and EVV compliance.
You will lead across multiple agencies, driving accountable, data-driven improvements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in progressive operations leadership in healthcare, with strong analytical skills and experience with Axxess and WellSky.
