Job description

Monday - Friday schedule with no overnight call
Physician-led outpatient practice in the Silicon Valley community
Comprehensive primary care including wellness, acute, and chronic condition management
Musculoskeletal and sports injury evaluation incorporated into practice
Competitive base compensation plus bonus and comprehensive benefits
Board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
Relocation assistance available for the ideal candidate
