Hiring Entry Level Assemblers/Production Specialist in Redmond, WA!Shift: 5AM - 4PM (Mon-Thurs) & OT on FridayPay: $25/hrStart a Career in Manufacturing – Paid Training AvailableWe're hiring Production Workers and Assemblers to support a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start working quickly, learn hands-on skills, and build a long-term career. You'll receive training and have the chance to grow into higher-level assembly and production roles while working consistent hours with frequent overtime available.What You'll DoAssemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standardsUse hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectivelyPerform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required timeframesRotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production lineRead basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill)Identify and report quality or production issuesRecord measurements and production data accuratelyFollow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processesMove and handle materials, parts, and finished goodsKeep work areas clean and organizedSupport team operations and assist with training at higher skill levelsWhat We're Looking For:Reliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasksComfortable standing, bending, and lifting 20–50 lbs regularlyBasic math skills and ability to take measurementsWillingness to learn (training provided)Preferred:Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse workExperience using hand tools or power toolsMechanical aptitude or hands-on experienceJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
