Immediate Hiring For Assembler - 1st And 2nd Shift - $22/HourThis role involves the production of high-quality medical devices primarily in a clean room environment. Responsibilities include the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, production of medical devices using a microscope, and the operation of various equipment and machinery. The position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and contributes to the delivery of sterile and non-sterile finished goods.Additional Information:1st Shift: 5:30AM, Mon through Fri2nd Shift: 2:00PM start time, Mon through FriStart times may be adjusted depending on the specific operations assigned. We do ask teammates to work overtime on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if needed.Onboarding program will now be running from Monday Wednesday (sometimes Thursday) 8am 4:30pm before they move to their designated shiftResponsibilities:Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.Follow manufacturing instructions and update relevant job documentation accurately for traceability.Prepare products for packing and sterilization.Inspect products using a microscope.Set up coating machines and coat, inspect, and fold balloon catheters.Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and test them.Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.Identify supplies that need replenishing.Build components needed for top-level work orders.Complete necessary cleaning activities.Essential Skills:Proficiency in English at a medium level.Willingness to work overtime.Comfortable working with chemicals.Experience in medical device manufacturing, ideally with microscopes (1+ year).Familiarity with cleanroom and gowning/degowning processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent education.Experience in pharmaceutical or aseptic environments.Microscope experience is preferred.Why Work Here?Join a forward-thinking company with growth potential as the product is working towards FDA approval in the US this year.
