Mechanical AssemblerBuild your career with a growing manufacturing team!We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Assembler who enjoys working with tools, reading blueprints, and building high-quality products from the ground up. If you have mechanical experience and take pride in your work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable company that values craftsmanship, teamwork, and career growth.What You'll DoAssemble electrical switchgear cabinets and mechanical components using blueprints, assembly drawings, and work orders.Build modular steel cabinets and copper bus assemblies to customer specifications.Gather and organize materials, hardware, and components needed for each project.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently.Read tape measures and perform precise measurements throughout the build process.Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company and customer standards.Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.Collaborate with fabrication, welding, wiring, and production teams to deliver high-quality finished products.What We're Looking ForAt least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, automotive repair, or a similar hands-on role.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and schematics.Experience using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.Knowledge of electrical symbols and schematics is a plus.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements.Effective communication skills in English.Technical school training or a high school diploma is preferred but not required.Why Join Us?Starting pay at $22/hour or more based on experienceFull-time, long-term opportunityOvertime availableWork on custom-built products in a skilled manufacturing environmentJoin a supportive team where your mechanical skills are valued and developedReady to get started? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
