Role: Technical Lead - .Net
Job Location: Miami, FL
Experienced in working on development of windows applications using .NET Framework and SQL Server databases
Good Understanding of the Retail application and experience in developing and supporting modules
Good understanding of the Regional requirement like currency format and language requirements
Experience in reverse engineering and understanding .NET architecture and writing modules to be integrated with as-is system
Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review/selection/recommendation
Development and implementation of best practices and use of industry proven standards and methodologies
Experience in working with the globally distributed teams
Well experienced in delivering enterprise solutions or products using full SDLC
Providing end to end technical leadership in delivering technologically challenging requirements and projects
Experience in working agile environment
Excellent communication skills and a good team player
