Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)At Seniors Helping Seniors, we believe the best care begins with genuine connection. We are currently seeking a reliable, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide consistent morning care for a male client in West Milford, NJ. Because consistency and routine are key for our client, we are specifically looking for a caregiver who can commit to this Monday through Friday morning schedule long-term.Pay & Benefits:Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour (higher pay available depending on experience)Schedule: Fixed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PMMileage reimbursement between visitsDirect depositReferral bonus program24/7 online training accessSupportive, responsive office team and thoughtful client matchingWhat You'll Do:Provide hands-on personal care within the CHHA scope for a male clientOffer reliable companionship and conversationAssist with light housekeeping, daily routines, and meal preparationHelp support client independence and safety at homeAssist with transportation to local appointments or errands as neededRequirements:Active New Jersey CHHA licensePunctual and consistent — ability to commit to the Mon–Fri 8 AM–12 PM scheduleReliable transportation to travel to the client's home in West Milford, NJCompassionate, respectful, and dependable demeanorMust meet all applicable New Jersey employment and background check requirementsCompensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
