Advocating for clients' rights and facilitating their access to necessary community resources and support services.

Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including medical professionals and caregivers, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.

Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with industry standards and ethical guidelines.

Staying current with best practices in social work, particularly in addiction treatment and recovery services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients undergoing detoxification and those affected by substance use disorders. You will provide critical support to help clients transition through recovery, emphasizing their mental health and emotional well-being. Your compassionate approach and ability to connect with individuals in vulnerable states will be key to fostering their recovery and resilience.
