About the Opportunity
Seven Logik is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a multi-office law firm seeking entry-level and mid-level Immigration Attorneys to join its growing legal team in Miami, Florida.
Our client has more than a decade of experience serving a diverse client population and is supported by an experienced team of attorneys and legal professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys passionate about immigration law and committed to providing high-quality legal representation to clients navigating the U.S. immigration system.
Training will be provided to entry-level attorneys to ensure their success.

Compensation & Benefits:
Entry-level salary starts at $80,000 annually. Compensation for experienced attorneys will be determined based on qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in a wide range of immigration matters, including but not limited to petitions, removal defense, asylum, waivers, naturalization, and more.
Prepare, review, and manage various immigration filings, petitions, motions, appeals, and other legal documents.
Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other immigration agencies, as well as federal courts when necessary.
Advocate for clients in all types of immigration proceedings, interviews, hearings, and other legal matters as needed.
Effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, and court personnel.
Qualifications:
Must be admitted to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
1–3 years of immigration law experience (preferred but not required).
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
