Job description
USCIS in Florida seeks a qualified attorney at the GS-13/14/15 level to provide expert legal guidance to attorneys and agencies on immigration matters.
Applicants must hold a J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the bar, and have post-J.D. experience appropriate to the duties. Strong writing and the ability to handle heavy workloads are essential. Promotions may lead toward higher GS levels.
