Ensure compliance with applicable federal immigration regulations (USCIS, DOL, DOS) and state bar professional obligations

Contribute to the development of scalable legal processes within a technology-enabled environment

What We're Looking For

Licensed lawyer in good standing with a US state bar

Three or more years of post-bar experience in US immigration law

Practical experience working on a range of immigration matters, including end-to-end guidance on F-1 student status (OPT/CPT), nonimmigrant work visas (e.g., H-1B, O-1, L-1, TN), and employment-based green card pathways (PERM, I-140, adjustment of status)

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment

Client-focused, responsive, and comfortable explaining complex legal concepts

Interest in working within a technology-driven legal services platform

Why Join BorderPass?

Be part of one of the fastest-growing companies in North America

Work alongside lawyers, engineers, and operators building the future of immigration services

High-ownership role with exposure to a broad range of US immigration matters

Flexible work environment with competitive compensation

Opportunity to help scale a national immigration platform while maintaining strong legal rigour
