n nAbout the Job:

nThe Immune Hematology Manager (IHM) is responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in their specified geography. Specifically, the IHM will be responsible for selling belumosudil in their assigned geography, if approved. The IHM will provide on-label product information to designated key opinion leaders, health care providers/accounts, and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the cGVHD community.

nMain Responsibilities:

nnnSanofi IHM will appropriately promote belumosdil to meet/exceed territory sales goals through their approved promotional efforts, focused execution and commitment to positively impacting the lives of patients.

n

nnEffectively communicate and provide on-label information for Sanofi Pharmaceuticals’ products to designated targets/accounts.

n

nnExceptional business acumen leading to the creation of clear, comprehensive business plans is fundamental to this role.

n

nnDeveloping broad knowledge and understanding of key customer’s goals and desired clinical outcomes in treating patience to cultivate a partnership that anticipates, then serves both customer and patient needs.

n

nnDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel, HCPs/non-HCPs, at targeted accounts.

n

nnManage and develop territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs and other miscellaneous external expenditures.

n

nnAnalyze sales, and market trends to effectively identify current and potential future business opportunities, in addition to being able to implement an effective and strategic POA as a result.

n

nnIHM must demonstrate product & disease state expertise; and product access/reimbursement expertise.

n

nnDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with various members of the Sanofi Pharmaceuticals Team including Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal and other team members.

n

nnMaintain extensive knowledge of the Managed Care, GPOs, Specialty Pharmacy, State Medicaid and Veterans Affairs selling and reimbursement environment for their assigned geography.

n

nnDaily activities include one-on-one, group, and or non-personal on-label sales presentations to targeted providers, in addition to preparing, and analyzing market data to effectively identify customer and market trends.

n

nnExpected to deliver promotional messages in support of the product-approved indication(s) via approved channels of delivery, I.e face-to-face and virtual platforms.

n

nnUtilize current computer systems in planning, forecasting and reviewing sales activities to optimize resources for effective coverage to meet sales goals/objectives.

n

nnProvide timely, accurate and competent administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample (if applicable) and expense reporting.

nnComply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the marketing and promotion of pharmaceutical products and Sanofi.

n nAbout You:

nBasic Qualifications

nnnBachelor degree is required.

n

nnMinimum of 3+ of experience pharmaceutical sales experience

n

nnProven/successful performer in generating and driving sales results.

n

nnProduct launch experience.

n

nnProven proficiency in live engagements to HCPs and staff.

n

nnStrong oral and written communication skills.

n

nnStrong time management and organizational skills.

n

nnProficient in Microsoft Office applications.

n

nnWillingness to travel 20% of the time or greater.

n

n nPreferred Qualifications

nnnHematology, Oncology, precision medicine or Bone Marrow Transplant experience is preferred.

n

nnTraditional pharmaceutical experience is inclusive of field sales, hospital/academic institution sales and Managed Care experience within the oncology/hematology – transplant market.

n$146,250.00 - $243,750.00
