ISU Research Park in Des Moines is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations for Immunology to lead the Central U.S. region. You will manage regional teams, drive strategic plans, and own the customer experience, delivering P&L results and advancing immunology programs.
The role requires a BA/BS with 10+ years in pharma sales/marketing, 3+ years of leadership, and strong relationships with payers and providers. Travel up to 50% is expected.
