A community-focused organization is seeking a Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to lead data, evaluation, and research strategies. This role reports to the executive leadership team and is responsible for integrating data insights into decision-making to drive systemic change. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field and have 5-10 years of experience in nonprofit data evaluation. Strong skills in quantitative/qualitative research and data visualization tools are essential, along with the ability to communicate complex data effectively.
