Sevita, including Mentor Community Services, seeks an Operations Management Area Director to lead a program site and ensure high-quality services for individuals supported by the organization. You will guide staff, manage daily operations, and drive strategic initiatives to improve care delivery.
You will oversee the area’s financial performance, collaborate with case managers and referral partners, and work with local officials to advocate for residents’ needs.
