Job description

Richmond Food Shelf is seeking an Interim Executive Director for an 8-month temporary period, starting late October 2026. The role leads daily operations, administration, and development activities, with a semi-flexible hybrid work arrangement. Candidates should have nonprofit leadership experience and the ability to manage staff/volunteers.

The position offers $25–$28 per hour, mileage reimbursement, and a Simple IRA with 3% matching. 24 hours/week, with store hours alignment.
