Job description
Magnera Corporation seeks a Process Improvement Engineer/Specialist to drive operational excellence across U.S. and Canadian operations.
You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, AI-enabled analytics, and data-driven problem solving to identify opportunities, lead improvement projects, and support MOS deployment. The role offers a leadership development path with 2–3 years’ exposure to key initiatives and collaboration across Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
