Job description
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to plan, implement, and evaluate therapy programs for home health patients in Holbrook, AZ. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore or maintain well-being.
