Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Salisbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team. You will provide individualized, compassionate care to patients recovering from illness or injury and collaborate with therapists to support rehabilitation goals.
Active RN licensure is required by state regulation, with CPR certification; ACLS and CRRN preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation setting is valued to help guide patients through their recovery journey.
