Job description
MultiCare Health System’s Good Samaritan Hospital is seeking a Process Improvement RN Prog Mgr to lead facility-level initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, patient safety, and outcomes. You will educate and coach staff, design improvement strategies, analyze data, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
Candidates must have an active RN license in Washington, a related bachelor’s degree (preferred), and several years of clinical and process improvement experience.
