Job description
The Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Director of Program Impact & Evaluation to lead evidence-based assessment across programs and districts. This role reports to senior leadership and drives data-informed decisions to maximize student outcomes and funding effectiveness.
Responsibilities include aligning theory of change, validating datasets, coordinating surveys and impact reporting, and communicating compelling narratives to superintendents, donors, and partners.
