Job description
BAGLY, the Boston Alliance of LGBTQ+ Youth, seeks an Associate Director of Programs & Services to lead Health & Wellness initiatives at our Downtown Boston Community Center. This senior role reports to the Senior Director and supervises program staff, coordinating with partners to deliver high-quality services for LGBTQ+ youth.
