Job description
Replications, Inc. is seeking a Program Director to lead a school-based after-school program (COMPASS/SONYC) on-site in Bronx, NY. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and manage regulatory compliance while aligning activities with organizational goals.
You will collaborate with school personnel, families, and community partners, oversee attendance and data in DYCD Connect, and drive literacy, STEM, arts, and NYC Reads initiatives, ensuring inclusive supports and optimal student outcomes.
