Job description
Rochester YMCA in Rochester, NY is seeking a Program Director for the Before and After School Program Division. Under the supervision of the Executive Director, you will lead operations, staffing, and program quality to align with YMCA values and OCFS standards.
You will drive revenue growth, oversee budgeting, facilities, and training; collaborate with local schools to ensure a safe, engaging environment; and develop staff through coaching and supervision.
