Job description
Alay Home Care in Wayne, NJ is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The role offers $70.00 per hour and a flexible scheduling arrangement.
As a licensed BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop and revise BIPs, supervise RBTs, and train caregivers and staff to ensure data-driven treatment plans and compliance with ABA and DDD standards.
