Job description
Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois seeks a Child Welfare Specialist to oversee cases, monitor child well-being, and support families toward reunification. You will transport as needed and work with foster families to ensure safety and progress.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field, a CWEL license, and strong case management, communication, and crisis intervention skills. This exempt, full-time role requires flexibility for after-hours and travel as needed.
