Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to oversee the safe and effective operation of a child care school, partnering with the School Director to promote growth and safety for children and families. In the Director's absence, you’ll assume leadership for the school and support a positive, educational environment for children and parents.

Responsibilities include maintaining licensing standards, fostering a caring atmosphere, recruiting staff, and ensuring profitability.
