Job description
Northern Lakes CMH Authority in Houghton Lake seeks a Child and Family Specialist to coordinate care for children with IDD/ASD and their families. You will work with SOC, schools, health providers, and courts to ensure all five case management functions—assessment, planning, linking, monitoring and advocacy—are carried out.
