Job description
Option Care Health in Irving, TX is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – PT, PD, CA to join our home infusion team. This entry-level pharmacist role focuses on safe and appropriate pharmacy services under policy and regulatory standards.
You will coordinate with the Nursing Department, monitor patient progress toward goals, educate patients and caregivers, and support the pharmacy practice in the alternate setting.
