Job description
Kalamazoo Community Foundation (KZCF) seeks a Controller to oversee the internal finance function, ensuring strong financial health to support its mission. You will supervise the finance team, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance, including audits and Form 990.
Reporting to the Chief Finance and Investment Officer, you will lead financial controls, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while driving continuous improvement across financial tools and processes.
