Job description
Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an Engagement Counselor to join the PATH team, serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. You will conduct street outreach, provide crisis intervention, and perform clinical assessments to connect clients with housing and treatment resources.
You will collaborate with a network of service providers to coordinate care, follow harm-reduction principles, and stay informed about available community supports.
