Job description
The Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center in Worcester, MA is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting under the supervision of a Board-Certified Physician. The role involves coordinating patient care as part of a clinical team.
You will deliver direct primary care across ages, develop care plans, educate patients, manage acute and chronic illnesses, and maintain HIPAA-compliant EHRs. Mentoring students may be included.
