Job description
Waystone Health & Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to provide medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. You will support 4–5 residents by performing clinical assessments, administering medications, providing treatments, and educating direct support staff on personal care.
The role requires strong clinical skills, reliability, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
