Job description
BrightStar Care in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide home health clinical services under the Director of Nursing. You will ensure quality of care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and implement plans of care with ongoing reevaluation and supervision.
You will perform initial evaluations, develop and revise plans of care, document progress, and communicate changes to the nursing leadership.
