Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Rhode Island seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver skilled services in patients' homes, helping them regain daily living and mobility under physician orders and care plans.
You will educate families, work with the Branch Director and care team, and ensure compliance with home health standards. A degree in OT and state licensure are required; Medicare home health experience is preferred.
