Job description
Louisiana HomeCare, a part of LHC Group and aligned with Optum, is seeking a Part Time or PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR/L). The OT will assess and address functional status, daily living activities, and home health needs to support patient independence.
Responsibilities include in-home evaluations, collaboration with the care team, CMS documentation, and safe use of adaptive equipment. CPR, multitasking, and strong communication are preferred.
