CenterWell Home Health, a Humana Inc. company, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our home‑based care team.
You will assess and retrain patients in their homes to improve strength, mobility and independence, coordinating with physicians and family members to optimize the Plan of Care. This full‑time position offers a pay range of $85,400 to $117,500 per year, and requires OT licensure, CPR, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
