Job description
Saint Mary's Homecare, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Home Health to assess functional status, daily living activities, and home adaptations.
You will develop and coordinate therapy plans with the care team, document progress, and respond to changes in patient condition while adhering to state regulations.
