Job description
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver planned physical therapy services in patients' homes, under supervision, to improve mobility and independence.
Responsibilities include administering therapy and documenting care, coordinating with the Physical Therapist and branch staff, and ensuring infection control and safety standards are followed. 40 hours weekly with pay range $64,000–$87,500, benefits offered.
