Job description
The Legacy Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide intermittent home health services in clients’ homes in Plano, TX. The role requires evaluating patients, planning treatments, coordinating with physicians and the care team, and educating patients and families.
Applicants must have a PTA/OT license, Texas PT license, CPR certification, and at least one year of institutional experience.
