Job description
The Visiting Nurse Association of the Treasure Coast is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Indian River County Home Health division. The PT will provide skilled physical therapy and health teaching to patients and caregivers in the home setting under physician orders.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, monitoring progress, teaching home programs, coordinating with schedulers, and maintaining records.
