Job description
Schneckmed seeks a Physical Therapist for full- or part-time home health rehab. The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program, Indiana licensure or temporary eligibility, and clinical rotations in inpatient and outpatient settings with varied diagnoses.
Preferred candidates have a Master's/Doctorate or a Bachelor's with CE credits and at least one year of licensed PT experience across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
