Job description
Peace and Harmony Homecare LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide professional PT services in patients' homes in Massachusetts. The role collaborates with primary care physicians and health care teams, documents assessments, and educates patients and families on rehabilitation and safety.
A CAPTE-approved PT program or equivalent is required, with at least one year of PT experience and current CPR certification.
