Job description
Ohio's Choice Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients in home health settings. You will develop treatment plans, perform interventions to improve mobility and pain, and monitor progress.
Requires active PT license in the state, valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CPR certification preferred. We offer competitive pay and a supportive team within the UnitedHealth/Optum family.
