Job description
Amedisys is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a full-time weekday schedule in the Northern Neck region of Virginia. The pay range is $125,000 to $148,200 annually, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities include helping patients maintain and improve movement, performing interventions and reexaminations every 30 days, and planning discharges. A full benefits package, PTO, wellness programs, and retirement options are offered.
