Job description
Granite Peak Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Montana team in delivering physician-prescribed therapy in patients' homes.
You will assess, plan, and reassess care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation. A Montana PT license and BLS/CPR are required, with preferred home health experience. Flexible schedule and supportive environment offered.
