Job description
CenterWell Home Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one, in-home skilled nursing care and manage recovery plans with physicians and clinicians.
You will conduct assessments, administer medications, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to help patients regain independence and stay safely at home. A valid driver's license and transportation are required.
